Join BCMH Lifelong Learning at Episcopal Divinity School for their fourth Liturgy Learning Lab! This time, we’ll be gathering for household worship with Isaac Everett. RSVP here: http://eds.edu/lll.
From Seders to Iftars to early Eucharists, gathering for meals is a spiritual practice observed by many; even the first Book of Common Prayer sought to highlight worship in the home. Yet how many of us manage to sustain rhythms of household worship? Drawing from the worship practices of a wide variety of intentional communities in the Boston area, we’ll explore the dinner table as an altar and the household as a congregation.
