Beacon Hill Friends House, a Quaker intentional community in central Boston, seeks an Interim Director for January 1 through March 31, 2017, while the Director is on sabbatical.
We seek a candidate with the following qualities:
- Experience living in an intentional community
- Administrative and supervisory experience
- Leadership experience
- Quaker (or with strong Quaker experience)
- Experience with pastoral care
- Experience in handling conflict
- Flexibility, tact, and equanimity
- Familiarity with Beacon Hill Friends House preferred
